Returns and Refunds Policy

1. Cancellation

The seller acknowledges the buyers right to cancel a Business-to-Consumer contract for whatever reason up to the date 14 days after the receipt of the Goods (also known as the Right to Change Your Mind). To cancel an order the buyer must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the order.  You will then have a further 14 days to return the item to us.  Items should be sent by a registered delivery service. The buyer acknowledges responsibility for any postage charges incurred in the return of goods. ADR regulations must be observed when shipping hazardous chemicals.

In the interests of health and safety, goods must be returned unopened and in good condition. In this case the original order will be refunded in full.

The seller reserves the right to cancel the contract at any time and at our discretion in return for a full refund of the original order.  Refunds will be made within 14 days of our agreement to cancel or refund an order, but we will aim to process them as quickly as possible and usually on the next working day.

2. Returns

For orders involving multiple items, the buyer may return any unwanted part of the order for a partial refund. This refund shall not exceed the cost of the Goods returned and any original postage paid solely in relation to the Goods which are returned.

In all cases, formal notification in writing of the buyers intent to return the Goods must be provided within 14 days of receipt of the Goods. The buyer will be responsible for any costs incurred in returning the Goods. The Goods must be returned using a registered delivery service and in good condition. Collection of the Goods can optionally be arranged by the seller at the buyers expense. 

3. Damaged or Defective Goods

Goods which are damaged in transit or which are supplied in a defective condition will be replaced or refunded at the seller’s discretion. Formal notice of damage, defect or shortage of Goods must be made by the buyer in writing direct to the seller within 14 days of receipt of the Goods and no claims will be entertained unless this condition has been met. Where requested, the buyer agrees to supply evidence of any damage, defect or shortage before claims will be granted. Refunds relating to any damage, defect or shortage of Goods will not exceed the original cost of the Goods.

4. Refunds

Any refunds offered by the seller will be processed within 14 days of notification of the refund to the buyer, however we will aim to process refunds as soon as possible and usually on the next working day.  Refunds will be made only to the same card or bank account originally used by the buyer.
